Alison Taylor
Communications Assistant

Alison Taylor is the Communications Officer for the Trash-2-Cash project

Alison has been telling stories all her life, and now works as both an interdisciplinary designer and communications specialist. She graduated from the MA Material Futures course at Central Saint Martins in 2015 with a speculative project exploring sustainable alternatives for jewellery design in a post-mining world.

Her communications roles have taken her from Machu Picchu to Red Square, from Whitehall to Canary Wharf, and she played a lead role in the social media coverage of the 2014 Poppy Appeal marking one hundred years since WW1.

Alison’s future design narratives have been exhibited in Milan and London, and her most recent project was a collaborative installation at the Wellcome Collection (London) exploring transitions from potentiality to actuality through a series of experimental material interactions.
